FAQs

Do I need special technology or devices to play the assessment game?

As long as the facilitator has a smartphone and an internet connection, the game can be played anywhere with any number of Shifters! We intentionally built it this way so that it remains sensitive to digital inequalities globally, whilst still harnessing the power of technology for effectiveness.

How often should I conduct the assessment?

As the Fun Adult, we think you would be the best judge of that. Basically, you want to do it with enough intervals that you can reasonably expect there to be some changes in the Shifters. For starters, we recommend doing it twice a year (Day 1 of your PLAN workshop and then after their ACTIVATE phase)
