Fun Adult Training is an immersive, hands-on experience designed to equip adults with the tools to engage, empower, and collaborate with young people in a meaningful way. This isn’t your typical lecture-style workshop—expect energy, creativity, and plenty of fun!

Participants step into the shoes of young people, experiencing firsthand the activities, challenges, and problem-solving methods used in youth-led spaces. Through music, performances, role-playing, team-building games, and interactive discussions, adults learn how to shift power to young people in their communities and help them lead more effective changemaker movements. 

This training isn’t just about working with young people—it’s about rediscovering your youthful energy, embracing creativity, and co-creating solutions with young people instead of speaking for them. Through the training, young people learn to gather and consider insights from their communities, using these perspectives to make key decisions about how to influence change. At the same time, Fun Adults gain the tools to become incredible partners—mentors who listen, empower, and collaborate. Together, you’ll create a space where young people don’t just participate, but lead and thrive.
